The apartment is accessed through a private patio (communal areas) with a lift that leads up to the second floor. Entrance leads to a hall and fully equipped kitchen on the right and a guest toilet. From the hall on your left your access the 25m2 living room furnished with a sofa, coffee table and chairs and a dining table to seat 4. The bedrooms are accessed from the living room through a short corridor. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (1.80m x 2m) which can be requested to separate into two single beds (0.90m x 2m). The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2m). Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with bathtub and built in cupboard space. Please note that there are marble floors throughout the apartment. The 55m2 private terrace is accessed from the living room and is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The property has more than 100m2 of communal terraces: a covered rooftop which is furnished with comfortable seats from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Giralda; a shaded terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the rooftops of the Jewish district; and the sun terrace.
