It is home to many of the city’s must-see sights and attractions, including the cathedral, the Alcázar, the Judería arch,and the Plaza Virgen de los Reyes. The apartment itself is located on the second floor of a traditional Andalucian building and effortlessly blends both comfort and style. The living area has a 3-seater sofa, 2 easy chairs and a tall coffee table that can be used as dining table. There is a flat screen TV and DVD on a table with wheels. On the right hand side of the living area there is a glass desk and a large bookshelf. Access to the private terrace is from the living area. There is also a bed in the living room which can be used for a child to sleep in upon request. The WC is accessed from the living room and has a connecting door to the shower room that is also accessed from the bedroom. The bedroom has two single beds pushed together to make one large bed, fitted cupboards, views to the private terrace and access to the bathroom. The private terrace contains table and chairs to seat 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine fridge and freezer. This property is situated on a pedestrian street and cannot be accessed by car.
